[용어] FIT & PP samples 이란?
1. FIT Sample
To check the garment's fitting, construction, and overall appearance on a model or dummy.
단어 그대로 옷의 외형을 보기 위한 개발 단계의 옷이다. 이 과정을 통해 스펙과 디자인을 재확인하고 착장을 통해 실제 옷이 어떻게 피팅되는지 확인하여 최종 수정에 들어간다.
1) Confirm the measurements match the spec sheet
2) Review the garment's silhouette, proportion, and fit
3) Indentify any isseus(e.g., too tight, too loose, wrong seam placement and so on)
2. PP Sample(Pre-production sample)
To verify that the garment is ready for bulk production - final check before starting mass production.
본 생산 전 최종 리뷰를 위해 제작하는 샘플. 이 기간이 지나면 대량 생산이 시작되기 때문에 최종적으로 모든 것을 확인해야 한다. 또한 본 생산이 들어가기 전 확실히 컨펌을 받아야 한다. 만약 생산라인 일정으로 인해 괜찮겠지 하고 PP 컨펌없이 진행했다가 사고가 발생한다면 막대한 피해를 보게 된다.
1) Confirm all corrections from the previous samples are applied.
2) Check the sewing qualit, workmanship, labeling, trims, and packaging instructions.
3) Approve or reject the sample based on production readiness.
