I am interested in organizing a excursion for my team on June 17.

I'm getting ready for workshop. / I'm preparing a workshop 와 같이 여행 준비중임을 나타내며 메일을 보내는 목적을 표현한다.

 

However, I would prefer the trip to be extended a bit because I'd like to have my team stay overnight.

1. stay overnight: 일박 / 2박3일: 2 nights and 3 days. ex) My trip is for 2 nights and 3 days.

요구사항을 추가해서 작성한다.

 

Please provide an inclusive price estimate for a group consisting of 30 people and myself.

In other words, in addition to the total for the charter bus and the tour, please factor in what you expect food and accommodations to cost.

Finally, would it be acceptable to leave at 6:00 a.m. or earlier? I want to avoid getting stuck in traffic.
