1. look up: (인터넷에서)찾아보다

Did you look up the file I asked you?

look up은 인터넷에서 정보를 검색하는 것을 의미한다. search the internet 한 표현. 

 

반면 다양한 범위에서 조사한다면 do a research on를 사용하는 것도 좋다. 

Could you do a research on the rule of A? 

 

2. not agree to: 반대하다, 불일치하다

 

너의 제안서는 회사 규정에 위반하기 때문에 기각됐다.

I can't agree to your proposal as it goes against our company policy.

 

동의하다로 많이 사용되는 agree. 비즈니스 측면에서는 일치하지 않다로도 많이 사용된다.

 

숫자와 차트가 일치하지 않다.

The number doesn't not agree to the chart. 

합계와 표가 맞지 않다.

The sume doesn't not agree to the accounting sheet.
